1. PRIVACY POLICY :
Renuka silks realise the need to protect your privacy online. So we have taken every step to protect the customer information by taking the details and orders of the customer through SSL protocol, which encrypts all the required information. This protect against any unauthorised access. Renuka silks will use the information you furnish only for the execution of the order and will in case be passed on to any other commercial or other purpose. We never sell or share the customer date.

2. SUBSTITUTION POLICY :
In INDIA saree and fabric manufacturers introduce thousands of new designs, colour and pattern every month and thousands of variations are taken off. This happens without any notice to us.So keeping track of these changes and updating the new designs with photos and description take little time. This happens very rarely as we keep sufficient stock of every design. If the order is made during the time we are out of that particular item,we will substitute with the similar design without any changes in the fabric, colour and quality.

3. EXCHANGE POLICY :
If you are not satisfied with the dresses we do offer exchange for the same design. For that we request you to return the item in unused condition and in original packing at your expense within 7days. We will inspect the item to find out what went wrong and take appropriate steps to prevent such problems from happening again. Then we will ship the free replacement to you of the same design.

4. REFUND POLICY :
If you are not happy with the order for any reason and like to return it for a refund,we will refund the amount after holding 25% of the order value considering the amount of shipping and customization.
You will have to ship the dress at your expense.
In any case shipping charges will not be refunded.
The dresses have to be returned in unused condition with original packing within 3-5days from the day of the receipt of the goods.As soon as the dresses are shipped you should send the tracking number.
Dresses shipped after 7days will not be accepted at all.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY :
Order cancellation should be done within 48 hours. If it is done after 48 hrs we will deduct 25% of the order value, as your order would have already been under production.

6. LIABILITY :
We always make all the effort to deliver the product within the specified time. However due to some unavoidable circumstances if we are unable to deliver the product, our liability is limited to the order value.

7. CUSTOM DUTY CHARGES :
Even though we take all the necessary steps from our side to avoid custom duty charges and taxes to be levied on the recipient, but sometimes it in unavoidable. In such instances, the recipient has to bear the duty charges and taxes.
